The S580’s electric range according to the estimates of EPA should be 46 miles or 74.0298 Kilometers.

According to the tests performed by “Cars and Driver”, the car managed a 58-mile or 93.342-kilometer run, which is 12 miles more than the EPA estimate.  It takes 2.5 hours of 240V/home charging to charge the vehicle.

Interior, Comfort and Cargo:

It highlights the S-Class displays inside the car. Furthermore, the sedan can have up to five gauges, including a large touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. The latter works with other technologies to create three-dimensional results, but luckily you can turn it off if you want the screen to have a static appearance. There is also an improved head-up display that can display navigation instructions in real time.

Basically, the arrows move and pop up instantly, supposedly helping the driver better. Based on Mercedes designs with quality materials and home appliances, the sedan offers limousine-like facilities to all passengers, especially those sitting in the back seat. 

The rear seat of the new model has slightly increased head and leg room and can also be equipped with an electrically adjustable reclining seat with a massage function and a large heating element. The sedan’s console is dominated by a large 12.8-inch OLED touchscreen in portrait orientation, but it doesn’t come with any trackpads or field controllers.
