Ram 1500 REV Accelerates the 2025 Ramcharger Launch, Delays the REV to 2026

The automaker industry took a sharp turn with a substantial dip in the market trends, caused due to the rising concerns of consumers regarding range anxiety. In response, the automakers aligned their strategies with consumers’ agenda for the following year. Stellantis has announced plans to push back the debut for range extended Ramcharger to the following year 2025.

Previously 2026 ahead of the Ram 1500 REV launch. Moreover, Stellantis has affirmed that orders will reopen in 2026 instead of at the beginning of 2025 for 1500 REV. Whereas, the extended range of Ramcahrger bookings will be opened for consumers somewhere in the initials of 2025, without being more specific about the launch.

Ramcharger 2025 to continue its production at Sterling Heights (Michigan) Plant

The Ram 1500 2025 and its electrified and ICE-powered models are set to continue production at their primary home, the Sterling Heights (Michigan) assembly plant.

The Ram 2025 gets supplanted by a 92 kWh high-voltage battery coupled to a 3.6 liter V-6 block, acting as a 130 kW generator to define its “class shattering” traits as claimed by the company. its burly battery pack, in return, delivers around 1,100 km of the total range. Exceptional towing and payload traits

For towing capacity, the Ram 1500 2025 can tow up to 14,000 lbs and boasts a peak payload capacity of 2,625 lbs, both of which remain unmatched for its class. Interestingly, it will offer vehicle-home and vehicle-vehicle bi-directional charge flow, delivering the flexibility to charge another EV or back up a grid.

Stellantis suffers a 29% drop in sales!

Stellantis after slashing $4,000 off its gas-powered Ram 1500 2025 (except for its high-performance variants), in mid-October suffered from a 29% decline in sales as compared to the 2023 stretch. For now, the general estimates for Ramcharger 2025 Tradesman fall at around $60,000 MSRP while the range-topping trim might touch the $100,000 benchmark.
